Pricing
All prices are shown and processed in New Zealand dollars. Sheryl May reserves the right to amend product pricing at any time.
Payment
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal. Sheryl May takes every precaution to make the site as safe as possible. We do not hold any payment details on record.
Stock Availability
We try our best to keep stock levels as up to date. Should the size that you ordered be out of stock we will refund you immediately and do our best to find you a replacement. Should you wish to enquire about placing a special order of a sold-out item or from a previous season please contact us directly to enquire about this email us at goya_range@hotmail,com
Garment Representation
We try our best to provide the most accurate descriptions, images and colour representation for all of our garments, however, please be aware that images may display differently on different screens. Please feel free to call us, should you require a colour swatch or have further questions about the details of a particular garment.
Sale Items
Sheryl May does not offer refunds on sale (discounted) products: exchange or credit only. Our normal returns criteria applies.
Insurance and Delivery
Sheryl May insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Sheryl may, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders next business day however please allow up to 5 working days for orders to ship. During peak periods (sale, public holidays and new collection launches) order processing time may be longer. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Sheryl May are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
