Every garment designed by Sheryl May is created to be loved and treasured. If for any reason you do not love the garment you receive, you are welcome to return it to us for a full refund. Please repackage the garment and ensure it is sent it to us within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item has not been worn, washed or altered and has original tags intact and inclusive of any original protective bags, we will issue you a full refund promptly.

 

If you wish to return any goods, the return shipping cost is not covered by Sheryl May online. This is at your own cost. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of sending out the new garment to you.

If you have any issues with garments in your order, please  contact: goya_range@hotmail.com with a description of the issue and images where possible. Our team will endeavor to get back to you within 5 working days and will do our best to find a solution for you.

We want the garment to fit you beautifully, and for you to feel great in the outfit you have chosen, so we won't hesitate to exchange your item for another size. If we don't have your size available, we will refund your money in full.

Refunds and Credits

We also understand that no two designers have identical sizing, so please see our size chart.

 

When returning a full-priced item, you can choose to receive a refund or credit. Returns of sale (discounted) items are not eligible for a refund, but you can choose to receive a  Sheryl May online store credit.

Please note that refunds can take up to 2 working days to be processed once received, and can take a further 3-5 working days to show in your account. Please note the shipping cost will be excluded from the refund value.
